Daftar Ahwal Data Research Institute (DADRI) is announcing a call for applications for the position of “Institutional Development Officer” , to be part of the institute’s team.
Job Description:
Contribute to the development of human resources, institutional structure and business models. Enhancing the system of internal policies and regulations with the aim of improving work environment and organizational performance, develop outreach plans to reinforce partnerships and stakeholder.
Main Tasks:
- Editing and developing of administrative drafts alongside the executive management (institutional regulations, annual plans, strategic objectives, general policies and internal procedures) in consultation with external consultants.
- Writing technical reports on activities, evaluating organizational performance, and drafting project proposals.
- Drafting and developing outreach plans and strategies in order to strengthen partnerships and cooperation with beneficiaries and stakeholders.
- Planning, implementing and managing strategies for developing administrative and technical capabilities of human resources.
- Developing a business model and devising implementation plans.
- Reviewing and improving monitoring and evaluation operations.
- Supervising the performance of both the education and development unit and communication and social media specialist.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum seven years of experience working in civil society, of which at least two years in assuming middle or senior management positions.
- Previous work or training in one of the data management specialties or dealing with databases or quantitative analysis is preferable.
- Experience related to managing, coordinating or organizing capacity building programs is preferable.
- Holding a postgraduate degree in any of the social, political, humanities or administration sciences is taken into account.
- Previous work or knowledge of business administration is taken into account.

- Thursday, June 24 – Saturday, June 26: Inviting the selected candidates for interviews and notifying the waiting list, and the non-accepted ones.
- Sunday 27 June – Thursday 1 July: Interviews stage and a request to write in one of the administrative topics.
- Friday, July 2 – Monday, July 5: Receiving administrative writings from candidates.
- Tuesday, July 6 – Friday, July 9: Evaluation of interviews and administrative writings and listing the finalists.
- Saturday, July 10 – Sunday, July 11: Inviting the top candidates for the final interview.
- Wednesday, July 14 – Thursday, July 15: Final interview.
- Sunday, July 18: To notify the accepted candidate and notify the non-accepted ones.
- Sunday August 1, 2021: Starting work after contracting.
